Return policy
The goal of www.theonlyhairshop.com is to provide our customers with high-quality human hair wigs and knitting at reasonable prices and high-quality services. We fully understand that it is difficult to choose the right wig online, so we accept returns and exchanges for some special occasions. Below is our return and exchange policy.

We are very happy to accept the exchange and return of wigs that have not been cleaned, tampered with, altered, and the lace has not been cut. Because human hair wig is a kind of sanitary product. We take hygiene and public safety issues seriously, and for the safety of all customers, we do not allow the return of used items.

If you exchange the goods, 15% of your total payment will be charged as a replenishment fee.

Hat size custom wigs are not refundable.

NO returns and exchanges of intermittent products.

Improper bottle cap size is not a quality problem. Please check the cap size and cap size carefully before placing an order:



No returns and exchanges due to hat size issues.

Order cancellation and change
For any order cancellation and change, we can only help you cancel your order and change your order details for free if you contact us within 12 hours after you place the order.

For goods in stock (we mark as IN STOCK), we can help cancel or change your order at any time before shipping, without paying any fees.

For customized products (the wig is not marked or described as in stock), if you want to cancel the order while the order is already being processed, we will charge 20% of the total payment as a replenishment fee.

And additional charges are necessary if you want to make some possible changes when your order has already been processed. Therefore, if you want to make some changes, please contact service@theonlyhairshop.com for details and possibilities, we would appreciate it.

There is no change in shipping items.

Return and exchange process
step 1

Please contact our customer service via email service@theonlyhairshop.com within 48 hours after receiving the package and explain the reason for the return/exchange.

Step 2

Our customer service will process your return/exchange request within 1-3 working days (it will be extended by a few days during the holiday period). Once the return/exchange request is authorized, our customer service will send you a return authorization number.

Step 3

Please send the returned wig to the address we gave you.

*We do not accept return packages with freight collect. For non-US customers, we recommend that you deliver your parcels by postal courier, which will be cheaper than Fedex, Ups, DHL, etc.
After sending your returned package, please be sure to email the tracking number to theonlywig@gmail.com. And please send your returned package within 3 days after contacting us, otherwise your package will be rejected, which will affect your refund. Thank you for your understanding! ! !

After receiving the returned package, if you just request a return, we will arrange a refund within 7 working days.



We will arrange exchanges for returns and exchanges within 7 working days.

* ˚F or Brazilian customers, an additional $45 shipping and handling fee will be charged when the order is placed. And this additional fee is not refundable for any return orders.
